Competition Terms & Conditions

By entering this competition, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

MOBILE OFFICE COMPETITION

1. Promoter

The promoter is Bree James MP, Member for Barron River.
Electorate Office: 2.2 2 Chelsea Lane, Redlynch, QLD 4870

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to residents of Queensland, Australia aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

  • Entries open at 9:00 AM AEST on 1 August 2025.
  • Entries close at 11:59 PM AEST on 31 October 2025.
  • The winner will be drawn and notified on 1 November 2025.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  • Complete the online entry form in full, including mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*).
  • Answer all survey questions truthfully.
  • Agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize Details

  • One (1) winner will receive a $250 Voucher.
  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • The draw will take place at the Promoter’s office on 1 November 2025
  • The winner will be contacted via the email and/or phone number provided.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, a new winner may be drawn.

7. Privacy

  • By entering this competition, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion, contacting the winner, and future marketing communications from Bree James MP, unless they opt out by ticking the unsubscribe box.
  • Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s privacy policy.

8. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or fails to comply with these terms.
  • The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury incurred in connection with the prize or participation in the competition.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook or Instagram).
