Marlin Coast Lions Club

This is my first annual club changeover luncheon at the beautiful O’Shea’s Restaurant in Machans Beach. Since the first club was established in Lismore, New South Wales, in 1947, Lions Australia has grown to become the nation’s largest service club organisation, with over 1,200 clubs and 25,000 members committed to serving their communities.

I also want to commend the club for your involvement in the Cairns Airport Emergency Run at the SES facility in Manunda. I heard everyone loved the pulled pork rolls and falafel burgers.

I encourage anyone who is interested to head to the Marlin Coast Lions Club.
It would be great for this club to see some new member this year.
And, finally, a big congratulations to Graham on being the Lion of the Year for the club.
Thanks again for having me!
