This week marked the exciting launch of our Free Fruit Fun initiative across the Barron River community and what a fantastic start it was!
We kicked things off at Redlynch State College, where we set up outside the school to hand out fresh, healthy fruit to students, parents, and staff. The response was incredible. From big smiles to grateful waves, it was clear this little burst of morning goodness made a big difference.
A huge thank you to the parents, students and staff of Redlynch State College for welcoming us so warmly. Your enthusiasm made our first stop a genuine success and together, we shared over 10 kilograms of fruit!
This is just the beginning. We’re excited to visit more schools across Barron River in the coming weeks, bringing free fruit, friendly faces, and community connection to school gates right across the electorate.
